My boyfriend and I bought our boots, boards and bindings from here today. Fantastic customer service. They took extra time to make sure we had the perfect equipment. We even went to surrounding stores prior to purchasing just to check out our options and there was no question that Ski Country was who we wanted to give our business to. Matt helped us and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. They treated us like friends. Would highly recommend!
I just want to say that customer service is exceptional here. I bought a brand new board and bindings from them and their staff was friendly and not pushy. I rode the board once and realized that it wasn't quite what I was looking for and they allowed me to exchange it for something else no questions asked and with a smile on their face. I highly recommend Ski Country Sports if you are looking to buy a board that comes with all the technical help you could ask for!
First off, I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for one very rude older gentleman who saw us comparing their prices to online prices and told us (without asking any questions or giving us a proper greeting) that they didn't have to sell us the jacket and that we would find a better deal than what they had. He was totally right! They were doing 50% off of all of their jackets and their price was better than any we could find online but he most definitely could have approached us in a more professional manner. It left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. That being said, every other staff member there was exceptionally kind and helpful. We were in there several times over the weekend (we rented our equipment from them and came back to shop the sales) and the employees were great. The rental crew was interactive, considerate, and funny. I felt a genuine sense of concern that we got the right equipment for our skill level and the guy signing us in even told us how we could get a better deal by renting a certain way. I would definitely recommend them if you can steer clear of the grumpy older gentleman.
