Worked out ok. Was about what I would expect for service. People in the shop we're more helpful than the rental people but rentals was busier.

I am very satisfied with this company. If you are looking for any snow sport gear definitely give these guys a look, the store selection is pretty good. If their are any problems that you come across they will handle them very professionally and fast. The manager that I spoke to multiple times was very kind, understanding, and accommodating.
Mark was great helping me to try on boots. I would highly recommend alpine.
