This is the 1st Tim I have to this Lowes and the customer service was superb. Compared to to the Lowes in Boone.
Not their fault, but will someone please explain to me why both towel dispensers in the mens room are so low? One for special needs I know, but both? A tall guy could throw his back out trying to wash his hands.
I like Lowe's because their aisle and bin numbers are clearly labeled and I can use their app to quickly find what I am looking for without having to ask anyone. The only negative is they occasionally miss label the location of an item. I also like the 10% discount I receive as a veteran.
The best lowes in the USA! We're remodeling in the area and have bought tons of stuff from them. The staff is very helpful and make great suggestions. Jenny F. in design is remarkable! She really knows the products and is very insightful. She went the extra mile for me many times staying late to make sure I was taken care of. Mike in cabinets is a master planner, quick with the cad program and had some very creative ideas turning problems into solutions. Sabina (cabinets) gave great, no nonsense, feedback. Tracey in appliances not only helped greatly in choosing the right appliances to meet our needs, but also worked a great deal out for us. Tracey also followed up just to make sure I knew to extended warrantee before the window expired, saving my butt. There are many great staff members, too many to list here. They must have a great store manager! Thanks all!
