Excellent hardcore gym in banner elk. Great old school equipment. Day passes were $7 when I went. It’s no squeaky clean health club, that’s for sure.

Great gym right in town! So convenient and it has everything you need. If you are like me and need some motivation, this is definitely the right place. From the owner to all the local great people that go every day, everyone pushes and supports each other to work hard and give it your best. And if you are a pet lover like me, you get greeted by the nicest doggie in the whole wide world! One of these days I am going to take Mr. Bane with me, but please don't tell that to the owner! ;)
